A young girl walked down the hall. Her blond hair was down, reaching just past her shoulders. Her blue eyes sparkled, gazing around her. She was wearing denim capris, a small swirl design on the bottom right corner. Her shirt was was a light blue with a ruffled top. A small owl hung on a chain around her neck. Silver dangles hung from her ears. She wasn't popular, yet known by many. She said nothing, yet drew attention. She wasn't the next top model, yet boys turned to look.
She walked with an air of confidence, her head held high, a smile on her face. She didn't doubt her next move, didn't pause or hesitate. She was a girl people liked to be around. She had several friends, but she wasn't popular, and she had no wish to be. There were greater goals in life.
Her books in one hand, she headed to the library. The librarian glanced, and smiled as she saw Lily.
"Lily." She greeted, and Lily gave her a smile back. She headed over to the fantasy section, her eyes scanning the shelves.

Drew walked down the hallways her hair down to her shoulders. Her haur had a small black rose that was by the ear. She had on a white shirt. With pale blue jeans that where torn in the knee and a little other places. Her beep grey eyes where shadowed with blue and grey. She had on pale lip stick that blandest her lips with her skin but slightly pinker then her skin.
Drew was heading for the library. It was time that she had to get a new book. Shed finished the one she was currently reading. Drew liked it but it wasn't her favorit but it was ok. She wanted to get a better one this time so it wouldn't take so long to read it. This book took her two weeks. If she liked one it could take get seven to five days to finish it, but it wasn't one of her favorit book.
When Drew reached the Library she walked inside holding the book she was going to return in her hands. Drew looked at Lily "Hi" Drew said to Lily walking to the Librarian the book she had been holding.

Lily glanced up as someone said hi to her. "Hey Drew!" She called, smiling. She glanced back at the shelves, looking for a book. She loved reading, and was in the mood for a really good story. She had recently finished one that had been really good. It wasn't her favorite, but she had still enjoyed it. She was a fast reader, and it had only taken her a week to finish. She pulled a book off the shelf that caught her attention, and began reading the back cover.

Drew nodded and walked over to the shelves of books. There where a lot books. To many to count within an hour. Drew looked over the books feeling there spines. So many to choose from, and by so many authors. It was almost over whelming, but Drew liked it.

The book was titled The Forgotten City, and looked interesting, so Lily took it over to the librarian to check it out. Scanning Lily's card, the librarian handed the book back, and Lily went over to sit down in the corner to read.

Drew looked at the books and scanned them, looking for a good book to read. Drew looked at one that looked good. She turned it around gazing at the back. It sounded good, it was called The Maze Runner. Drew shrugged and walked over to the librarian as she checked it out for her. The librarian handed it back to Drew and she smiled taking it going to read.

The Head Mistress strolled in, her eyes looking cold as usual. The librarian glanced up nervously. Paying no attention to her, the Head Mistress looked over at Drew and Lily, her hawk-like eyes eyeing them. Finally, she turned back to the libarian. "Should any students misbehave, send them straight to my office." The librarian gave a slow nod. "And that includes talking." She strode back out, her heels clacking on the floor. The librarian looked over at Drew and Lily, then back at the door, then finally back at them. "Talk all you want girls. Just keep your voices down."

Drew walked over and sat by Lily opening her book to the first chapter. She was about to say something to Lily but stopped. The Head Mistress had walked in. Drew closed her mouth watching the Head Mistress closely. She didn't scar Drew, she didn't even want to be at this school. The Head Mistess told the librarian something then left. Drew smiled at the librarian, "Thanks" she said quietly but loud enofe for the librarian to hear. Drews voice was a mixture of American, English, and Irish, resulting in a unique sound.

Lily glanced up, almost bored as the Head Mistress walked in. While some students were terrified of her, Lily wasn't one of them. As long as she didn't get in her way, she'd be fine. She gave an appreciative smile to the librarian, then glanced back at Drew. "Wonder what makes her like that?" She murmered.

Drew turned to Lily and shrugged "I don't know but she sure it mean sometimes" she said. Looking back at her book but lissoning if Lily said anything else. The book was good so fare. She was only at chapter two but it was good so far. According to Drew at least.

"Yeah. Good book?" She replied, continuing to read. She loved it so far. It was fast paced, and excting.

Drew nodded her head still barried in the pages of the book. The book so far was very interesting and odd, but good at the same time.

My warm, mud-colored eyes glanced up from my book: Hush, Hush. They traveled their view over to two girls talking and reading all at once. One side of my mouth hitched up a bit. They were pretty hot. Were they twins? Both blonde with gray or blue eyes. They wouldn't go for a guy like me though I was known, but not popular. I easily caught people's attention in my black outifts, and my deep purple eye shadow. The only normal part of me was my eyes. I was told my eyes would trap you in your gaze. I believed it...
Traveling over to them, book in hand, I slid a chair out from another table. I sat on it backwards, my arms toppling over the back of the chair.
"Hi."
Boy, these girls are hot. I thought.
"Have we met?"
I took a glance between them. Hm..
