Jasmine walked down the silent weekend morning hallways. There really weren't many students out here this early, seeing as it was 6:35 am. Everyone who was actually in the hallways were nodding off on benches, or walking like zombies. Jasmine couldn't help but laugh when someone ran into a wall, she felt bad that she had but it looked really dumb.
Jasmine yawned and rubbed at her eyes. She had just eaten and was on her way back to her dorm. Jasmine was sore from the hardcore dance routine she had just perfected. She scratched her back and winced in pain as her whole body throbbed.
Jasmine's walk was a sort of sway this morning, she felt lazy, and tired. The way this school went they would have you worn out quicker than anything. Jasmine was ecstatically happy that it was the weekend; although it felt like a Wednesday.
Jasmine was just about to turn the corner; the shortcut she always took to her dorm, but someone caught her eye. Jasmine stopped stuffing her hands in her pockets. She walked over to the bench of which this someone was sitting on. Jasmine was always one to jump at a given chance to meet a new person.

Tyler walked down the hallway, it was so early that his brain couldn't function correctly, if someone asked him what 2 plus 2 was at the moment; he would sit there saying uh duh er. Tyler tried his best to walk but he was sure he looked drunk, not able to walk straight this early.
Tyler decided it would be best for him to take a seat. He found the nearest bench, not bothering to lower himself down, but instead just dropping down on top of it. He kicked his legs far out in front of him, folding his arms behind his neck.
Tyler just watched as people past, many of them throwing dirty looks his way; of which in return he would just smile at them and wave. Tyler knew almost everyone at school, well, that was a lie. Tyler knew most 17 year olds at the school, accept for one girl. The girl looked interesting to him, she had her hot looks, it made him start drooling. Her name was Jasmine. It was a coincidence to him that as he was thinking this before she was walking over to him.
Tyler did his best to look cool as she walked over, a grin grew on his face. He scooted over on the bench as he was sure she was walking to him.

Lily strode down the hallway, people glancing her way as usual. It wasn't that she was popular, she was just the type that made herself known. Her falling around her shoulders, she was dressed in jeans, a short sleeve v-neck top, converse tennis shoes, and an eagle necklace. Her books in one hand, she walked quickly through the hallways, incredibly grateful it was the weekend. She intended to sleep until noon tomorrow. The past week had been hectic, with tests and papers due in every class. She had had several late nights, and early mornings. Not only did she have classes, she had her colums to write for the school newspaper, tennis practices to go to, tryouts for theatre, and singing. She knew it was a lot of stuff, but she could't bear to stop any of them. She loved all of them, and just decided to find a way to balance everything in her schedule. As she hurried through the halls, she spotted two people on a bench. One was her friend Jasmine, the other Tyler, a boy she knew the name of, but didn't know personally. She knew a lot people in the school, and had heard a bit about Tyler. He liked to test the Head Mistress, pushing his limits, and driving her insane. He had a sense of humor, and was kinda fun to hang out with. "Hey guys." She said, leaning against the wall.

Drew walked down the hallways to the courtyard. She had on a light pale grey spagetia strapped tank top. With a purple, grey, black, and white button up plad shirt, where the sleeves came up to her elbo. Drew had on dark blue jeans with faded knees and they where slightly ripped on the thie. Her hair was down and naturally lightly curled. There was a black clothed neckless with a shark tooth hanging on it. She had on light brown slightly layered over knee high boots. There was a blue highlight on the under layer that was curled like her hair. Drew was bored and just wanted to hang out in the open fresh air.
Walking into the courtyard Drew looked around to see if tgere was anyone she knew was there. Drew saw two of her very close friends she had known for a while know, Lily, and Jasmine. Then another guy she kinda knew, they where in the same History class. His name was Tyler. He was nice when you got to know him. But he slightly looked like he was emo, even though he wasn't really. Walking over to where they where. Drew smiled brightly as she walked over to them. Her grey eyes where light, that was what happened when she was happy and feeling friendly. When she was angry or sad her eyes got very dark, almost black, when she was anxious her eyes where in the middle of those colors.

Jasmine made it fully over to Tyler, she knew almost everyone in the academy; apart from Tyler. She had heard things about Tyler, well everyone has. With how much Tyler get's in trouble by the Head Mistress his name spreads around the school like a bad case of chicken pocks. This was it; Jasmine was finally gonna meet Tyler; she thought his eyes were beautiful.
Jasmine wasn't usually the type to get nervous about meeting someone unless she liked them; this was one of those times. Jasmine had a crush on Tyler, even though she didn't know him, she thought he was cute. Jasmine sat down in the space Tyler made for her, it was nice to finally rest; her back ached.
Jasmine looked Tyler in the face, "Hey!" she smiled, wondering if he minded her talking to him or not. Just as her and Tyler were sitting, Lily walked around the corner. Jasmine watched Lily for a few seconds; then looked back at Tyler. Sure enough Lily was soon standing by both Tyler and Jasmine. "Hey Lily!" Jasmine said. But no, that wasn't the last person to join their small morning party; Drew came and stood next to Lily.

As Jasmine walked closer Tyler could feel his heart race; he finally found a hot girl that was the same age as him; 17. Tyler watched as she sat down, noticing her nice body shape, she would be just the right height for him; her a few inches shorter than him. He liked her hair, nice black with brown streaks; unique in every way. Her eyes were much like his except for her's were more green; he liked them more than his own, he never had like someones eyes more than his so this surprised him.
"Hello!" Tyler said winking at her. He decided to make a move; something to make Jasmine laugh. He acted like he was stretching his arms, then casually he put his right arm around her shoulders he chuckled. This was one of Tyler's ways of getting people to like him; joking with them right when he meets them.
Time passed quickly as soon Lily was standing next to them both. Tyler's arm was still around Jasmine, he wondered if it looked weird. "Hey Lily" Tyler said, he didn't personally know Lily, but he had heard about her. Then another girl came, a girl he knew from his history class; Drew.

Lily glanced over as Drew walked up. "Drew, hey!" She said with a smile, then glanced back at Jasmine and Tyler. She gave a friendly smile in return to their responses, and reached back to push a lock of her blond hair out of her eyes. She studied Tyler for a moment, before turning back to Jasmine and Drew. Tyler was nice enough, but he wasn't really her type. And besides, she got a feeling Jasmine had a crush on him. Though she had classes to get to, she stood there for a moment, glad to just relax for a second. She had science and math later, followed by shape-shifting training, and acting after that. But she enjoyed the fast pace, the business of her day. Most of the time anyway. There were times when she wanted to toss her books out the window, and walk out. But she kept at it, despite the sometimes strict teachers. Besides, it was better than her life at home. Here, she could relax, hang out with friends, have more free time. Her thoughts drifting away, she quickly turned back to her friends.

Jasmine was just relaxing into the bench when she felt Tyler's arm wrap around her. Jasmine smirked as she knew what Tyler was trying to pull; but instead of making him take his arm off of her, she just let him keep it tightly wrapped around her.
Jasmine looked up at Drew and Lily. "So what do you guys have planned for the day?" she asked them. Jasmine felt awkward about the silence that was starting to fall over their group; something told her the silence had something to do with Tyler's arm that still caressed her.
Time was passing quicker, and more students flooded the hallways; gentle voices buzzing throughout the hallways like bees. Although it was the weekend and no one had classes; except for clubs and sports, everyone was now becoming wide awake and ready to start their day.
More groups formed by benches and drinking fountains as friends caught up with each other; the "cliques" already starting to form. Jasmine would have to host dance team tryouts; she was in desperate need for dancers. Friends of Jasmine passed occasionally; waving at her or mouthing they word "Hey!", all the liveliness made Jasmine want to get up and be active.
The weekend schedule was rather easy, something that Jasmine definitely looked forward to at the beginning of each week. Even though the day would be "slow going" Jasmine had an uneasy feeling in her stomach that told her she had a lot to do.
